As a former employee and a mother that had their child enrolled . I do not advise anyone in Inrolling their child here or working here. Especially if you have asthma just gave birth or are pregnant. Unclean environment nothing was cleaned up or done. Until I reported them to the state. I was blamed for getting sick repetitively. Regardless of the point that it is against the law with the Ada for someone with chronic asthma to be forced to be working, an environment that is unkept and unclean. When brought this to their attention , I was blamed and made it out to be my issue only . Dead flies on the windows upstairs unkept and dirty environment in the staff rooms. Nothing was organized so dirty and dusty I got ammonia and almost died in front of my 7 month old after doing a training and sittin in that environmentfor over an hour the next day i almost died after standing up for myself .The office gave me a cold shoulder and started treating me very negatively. This is not an environment I advise anyone working in or having their child there . There
is kitty little mixed in with childrens toys in the gym next to the lunch room . after i saw that i reported them to the state . Only after reporting them did the staff room upstairs ge cleaned. I am not the only person they have done this too. They also did it to a pregnant co-worker that started standing up for herself after being in her third trimester, and this type of stuff starting to affect her negatively enough that it was affecting her unborn child and herself. When she stood up for herself, she was let go and said she was given too much Push back and not working as a team when really She was just putting a boundary up. If you are not a favorite within this company, your health and concerns will completely be ignored and Dismissed and you will be blamed or let go . There was a dirty
Diaper and wipes, garbage behind shelf and changing table when i first started i cleaned up . I offered to clean the environment multiple times and multiple times voiced my concerns about it. I got sick a lot because of it. Due to me getting so sick so much. I was unable to create a routine for those children that I desperately wanted to be able to do and when it got to the point that I actually finally started standing up for myself. I was ignored, dismissed and only had it blamed on my health. when really it was the environment. It is against the law to force someone with a chronic illness to work in such a nasty environment. Not only that, staff deserve a clean environment just as much as a child deserves a clean environment. On a positive note , I can say that the teachers that I have worked with a handful of them are very nice and kind.
Update: Eight months after I posted this review, the owner replied and stated they tried a few options. They did not. The first time there was a concern, they called me and told me she was no longer welcome to go on the field trips. She had to stay at the facility with the younger children and watch her friends go out. The whole point of choosing them was so that she could go on the activities instead of sit around at the daycare. That was when I asked for the meeting and was treated like a disposable person. Also, my daugher did not need one on one care. She needed some extra monitoring when off site. They did not need to hire a person just for her. I love the politically correct answer, but I just wanted to make sure the situation is actually understood.

This is a little late, but better late than never. I just wanted to say thank you! Because if this experience had not happened, I don’t know if I would have found the wonderful person who took care of my daughter for multople summers where my daughter loved to go and thrived! My experience is from 4 years ago. First, the staff keeps the buildings as clean as they can. Some of them have that musty smell that old buildings get, but the staff does their best. An issue came up with my daughter who has Down Syndrome. I made an appointment and came in to try to work it out. This is what I was told by the owner when I asked about any accomodations for my daugher. He replied with; “I’ve been to law school. I know the law inside out and backwards. We are within our rights. If you want to pursue something legally, it will be a dead end for you” When I called him out on his callous remark, he stated “I’m just giving you free advice”. When I told him I did not ask for his advice, so he could keep it to himself, he stated “We have had to let children go in the past due to the relationship between our staff and the parents.” So, he threatened to “let my child go” if he did not like my behavior towards him. I loved the staff their. They are caring and kind. But, because of his treatment of me, I posted about it on facebook and because of that, I found the most wonderful place for my daughter where she spent her summer hanging out with her best friend. So, thank you, I think. Your treatment of me led to my duaghter being happy and well cared for elswhere.

If you’re looking for quality care for your child, look elsewhere. Don’t be blinded by the high ratings, as most of them are several years old.

We had the misfortune of experiencing this center both as parents and from the perspective of my wife working for them. Their facilities are not safe and they do not change diapers adequately.

My son came home with fecal matter in the creases of his skin on multiple occasions. When my wife would mention it to our son’s teacher, she was told “we’ll be more attentive.” However, it never improved.

My wife was injured within a month of starting at Adventure Time, due to carpet sticking up on the stairs. While my wife was out on Worker’s Compensation leave, she was told they no longer had enough work to keep her employed. Despite the termination letter claiming that thetermination was due to a reduction in the number of kids at the center, the termination was clear retaliation for the injury sustained on the job, and the center’s lack of desire to provide an ADA accommodation for the injury sustained at work.

This center apparently does not care about the children in their care, the safety of their facilities, or the wellbeing of their employees. There are many other reputable options in Provo for your child’s needs.
