The school is a really nice … working there I have met great staff and teachers are really friendly. The PTA is really evil they carry-on and spazz out anytime they feel .Also participate in their kids drama! The kids that belong to the PTA get special treatment because their parents are always there. Making others feel left out .They walk around as they like sometimes even with babies… There just Too comfortable with Using words that’s unprofessional…… we all know that bullying can come and different forms recently there was a show that the whole school could participate in PTA children antagonized other kids dance and music then they called PTA (parents) sooner they began to Fussed out loud about other kids using the same song as there kids …and was using profanity ………it’s not fare for them to and intake criticism from a child and parent then just have to brush it off ……..ITS A FREE WORLD
Ps 43 is a very good school, my daughter started there in Kindergarten and is a honor roll and award student there. Shes now in the 5th grade and is doing amazing. The teachers reach out of everything and I love that. My son started Ps 43 in 5th grade and graduated as an honor roll student as well, he was excepted into New Vision Charter School for advance maths and science. Ps 43 help got him there, now hes in the 11th grade doing excellent. My 3 years old son just got accepted into Ps43 for the 3-K class and Im excited to see what the will teach him. Over all Im just saying the school is great, great teachers and parents needs to help there kids at home to help them to be successful. GO PS43!!!
I was enrolled in this school in kindergarten 18 years ago. I graduated about ten years ago and I must say, the learning experience was great. My younger siblings both graduated from this school also.
However, there needs to be stricter ruling system in this school to ensure that each student is safe.
