I had the BEST experience that one can imagine out of the salesperson 75 hour, 2 week 5 days. Week course. The instructor Victoria Scalzo, is hands down the BEST INSTRUCTOR in real estate there is. The content in the book that is provided is rather wordy and not easy to understand. However Valeries expertise and her ability to simplify it made all the difference. She sincerely cares about her students success and goes above and beyond to help them succeed. I would recommend this school or any school Valerie teaches at.
I passed my NJ state exam today, yay!
The owner Monica was also amazing I signed up on a Friday for classes starting on Monday morning and she sent my text book priority overnight and made photo copies of the chapters to ensure I had all the materials needed for class prior to my book arriving.
I had a wonderful experience with the Bayonne School of Real Estate. Within two days, Monica, the office manager, registered me for the course and sent me my materials. Any questions I had were always answered by her right away. Carla was an excellent instructor. Always prepared, very engaging, and extremely knowledgable. You can really tell her passion for real estate and it reflects in the culture she creates in her class, even on Zoom! I looked forward to each of my classes and was sad when it came to an end. Although there is a lot of material to cover, Carla does a great job highlighting the important information that will be useful to your success. I 100% recommend!
If you are in search of a real estate school I one million percent recommend this school! From the beginning Monica was amazing got me my materials same day I registered! Then Carla the director was absolutely wonderful- she is definitely passionate about the class and teaches in a way that made it very easy to follow and understand. She kept me engaged even after a long day of work. Here you can definitely expect nothing short of the best!!
