At the time of taking my driving test at this third party examiner, I had the worst experience you could imagine. Once you arrive at one office thinking thats where youll take the test, you come to find out that there is ANOTHER office that they make you drive to where then youre able to take the test for some weird reason. I was only number 8 in line for the test and it took a staggering 7 hours for me to take the test. Not only this but they made the people who were waiting in line wait outside in the summer heat and only at the last hour did they finally come to the realisation that mmm, maybe we should bring chairs out for these people to sit on. This isnt even the worst part of my experience there. When it came to taking the test, everything was going smoothly until I had to make a left turn in an intersection. When I arrived at this intersection, there was a stop sign where I stopped for 4 seconds and proceeded with caution as I should have. In the middle of the turn, (car was located in the middle of the intersection) on the opposite side of the intersection from where I left to make the turn, there came a white suv accelerating towards my car. And for some odd reason the car almost came to a stop, essentially slowing down despite me pressing the accelerator the entire time during the turn. Come to find out after retaking my test at a different third party location, the instructor had a brake pedal which would explain why my car slowed down mid turn. Essentially the old woman instructing me pressed the brake pedal risking her and my life with the suv almost t-boning us. Just to be clear, when I made the turn there were zero cars incoming in the intersection. After the near death experience, I assume she frightened herself and instructed me to drive back to the office. When we entered the office, by no surprise she told me I failed and insisted that I did not obey the stop sign which was simply not true, its clear that this woman knew that she was in the wrong and insisted on blaming me for her mistake to cover up what she did. I decided not to sue because there was no way to prove that she pressed the brake pedal during the turn. Let me assure you, when I felt the car almost come to a halt even though I was pressing the accelerator I was extremely confused and did not know how to explain what I felt was going on in the car, but after being told at my driving test that the instructor has a brake pedal it makes perfect sense as to what happen during my ordeal at Kendall driving school. On top of this, she put in the computer a different reason as to why she failed me, she put down that I failed to obey a yield sign, which was just an outright lie. Im not saying she deliberately pressed the brake, but regardless l, she risked our lives. To anyone seeking to take a driving test, by any means please DO NOT come to this place, rather go to Marias driving school, I was treated correctly there with a lower wait time. The people at Kendall driving school are not be trusted, even with your lives. I hate that I was robbed out of $100 and 7 hours of my morning after being scammed. Awful experience.
This place is such a scam my grandma went to go do her driving test and she had to pay about $100 dollars she had to stay for 9am-1pm just to for the instructor to say she didnt pass. Just because she was complaining that had been doing the line for a much longer time and the people who had just arrived for doing the practice test could go first she later had to come the next day to repeat the test and for the practice test for this guy just to scream in her face because she was doing something wrong and then hitting her knee. Like she might be doing something wrong but control your anger she did not need to be treated that way. P.S the only people who passed were the ones who paid for the class.
Don’t even bother learning to drive on this school, they only look into the money. I took one lesson when I was 17 and it was the worse they just want to drain money from you. The young man that worked there straight told me I will fail the driving test because based on his perspective i was not up to the passing standards, and that I couldn’t take the test because their system was not working. Little did they know I made my line at the DMV and took the driving test and pass it with flying colors. Just a small advice, if you don’t know how to drive I rather you take your time to practice rather than wasting money on this school.
