I recently attended an Adult cooking class and enjoyed the learning experience as well as the involvement from the entire staff and group that attended. The culinary instructor is by far knowledgeable in selecting the right amount of food for the evening and how to prep for the meal and how to use the correct tools in your kitchen.
I recommend Ridgewwod Culinary Studio to anyone that is interested in learning a few tips and looking to have fun at the same time,
I cant say enough good things about Ridgewood Culinary Studio! I didnt know what to expect when our plans for a 50th birthday party suddenly pivoted from an outdoor activity to a cooking class, but Im 100% happy that this is where we celebrated! They were able to accommodate our large group within 24 hours of requesting a class! The food was amazing and the staff was wonderful! Highly recommend for your next event!
This is a HORRIBLE culinary school. They did NOT teach any recipes. When students asked for measurements the teacher said “they are Italians and Italians don’t measure while cooking”. No recipe print outs given to any students in spite of requesting multiple times. Teacher named Elisha is DOWNRIGHT RUDE and unprofessional. Complete waste of time money and energy.
