My son has been attending Master Art Studios since his elementary school days, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. Last year, as he began applying to industrial/product design programs, we decided it was time for him to enroll in their portfolio preparation course. The growth we’ve seen in his art over these years has been phenomenal. His technical skills have soared, a testament to the studio’s effective teaching methods.

Sasha and Kyeong , with their perfect balance of patience and assertiveness, have been instrumental in guiding him towards achieving his goals. They’ve encouraged him to experiment with various mediums and always supported him in pursuing his passions. If you are developing an art portfolio, Master Art Studio is a must. Last year, our daughter decided she wanted to target Art and Design schools for her college application process. We were supportive, but she was behind in making that decision and had yet to start her art portfolio. My wife and I researched several reputable schools in the area and enrolled her here after spending some time with Sasha and Kyeong. While their portfolio class seemed intense, they seemed the most genuine, professional, and experienced to us, and our daughter needed a lot of help. Kyeong and Sasha were not only amazing teachers, they helped inspire and encourage through a stressful time, navigating the challenges of the pandemic with such grace and commitment. We are so proud of our daughter’s work and so thankful to Kyeong and Sasha for helping her get accepted to her top choice, with significant scholarship awards! Highly recommended!

On a side note, our 14yr old son also enrolled in a drawing class last summer (just a hobby). He really enjoyed his time there and improved his fundamentals.

My daughter has been taking classes at Master Art Studio for many years (I think closer to 8-9?!) and I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are looking for an arts and crafts place to keep your kids entertained then this is not necessarily the place for you. But if you are looking for a real deal art school that will help your children learn all types of art and develop their skills then look no further! This place is great both children of variety of ages and skillsets – they will help your kid develop whatever talent they have. If your child is interested in art and you want to see where it goes – sign them up for a class. If your child is interested in applying to an art school (mine is considering that) and you need someone to help your kid with their portfolio – this is the place for you.
