I have been calling both the McDonough and Griffin campus for exactly two weeks now. They never answer or return calls, they have a chatbot and I couldn’t even get a response from that. No email replies either. If I can’t get the support that I need when trying to enroll, what makes me think it will be any different once my money is spent enrolling and attending this school? I am planning on filing a complaint with GNPEC and I will take it beyond because the lack of response is nonsense. These people have jobs in this school and are not required to work yet people that work hard are jobless. Answering a phone is the easiest thing to do at work especially if you are knowledgeable and know your job!
I have continually called this institution and have repeatedly gotten the same prompts. I actually added them onto my fafsa , sent a transcript and nothing. I tried to complete the application by uploading my DL but after several attempts that didn’t work either. I guess I’ll apply to a school that I can actually have a conversation with. Can’t get in touch with anyone at any time. Just a waste of time. I could’ve put that energy into another school! I really didn’t want to go by the reviews but it is what it is. It’s a 2 for now!
The staff in Griffin is very helpful and nice however the staff in McDonough is very rude and has no knowledge of what they are doing. The advisor there at that campus could not help me with any of my question. I took a day off of work to go there and you can say my day was waisted. While talking to the advisor I was rudely interrupted as if I didn’t matter. I will be going to the Griffin campus for no on.
