My little brother and sister attended this daycare when they were little. When I moved my daughters to this area, this was my first choice for the youngest. Unfortunately they were full, so I ended up with Discovery Point Heritage, now called Cranfield Academy. It was a terrible experience unfortunately and I had to pull her. Luckily, timing was perfect when I walked into Heritage Children’s Academy. My daughter was 2 when she started, is now 3. I noticed an immediate change in her attitude towards daycare. She used to cry hysterically when dropping off AND picking her up from the other one. She started coming home singing and dancing and was in much more pleasant mood once we switched. I’ve had 0 issues, 0 complaints. The staff are all very professional, friendly, involved. Ms. Bonnie is THE BEST, she goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are safe and happy. I am so thankful to have my daughter here. Ok I do have 1 complaint, I wish there was a before and after school program for my older kids ??.

I have recommended HCA so many times on Facebook, I thought I should come here to sing their praises as well! We first started our (then) 4 month old at another daycare and we were not happy with the care. Thankfully, we found HCA and it could not be more different. Our daughter is now 16 months old and absolutely loves her teachers and going to school. She’s been in two classrooms and the teachers in both are absolutely amazing–very caring and attentive. They do such fun events, arts/crafts, and have a good amount of outside time (weather permitting). The administrative staff including the cook are also so involved–they know each child’s name and are always available when we have questions. We love that they use Procare so we can see her day in real time too. We recommend HCA so highly that recently we considered a move and decided against it because we love HCA so much 🙂
