Very unprofessional. I’ve been trying to reach my case worker for about 6mouths now. Meanwhile they stop paying my rent and just today I called my caseworker phone she answered and tried to act like she didn’t have time for me. After hanging up in my face,when I asked was she my case worker, she got an attitude and put me on hold… came back and HUNG UP ON ME. WOW. I called back letting her know it was me again and she said and I quote ” ma’am I don’t have time to stop what I am doing to see if I’m your case worker or not” and proceeded to lie to me about how ro make an appointment. WOW! I said…and then let her know how UNPROFESSIONAL she is and hung up. I’m not from here so all this has me in DISBELIEF THAT THIS IS HOW YOUR MHA TREATS THEIR CLIENTS. smh this is ppls lively hood they’re playing with.
I havent talked to my caseworker ever! They have u waiting on the phone for 30 minutes just to say they cant answer . Caseworker is never there nor does she ever answer the phone. They lose information and the communication is non existent. I was told to put in a intent to move form in March I did so now my lease is over and I have nowhere to go.I was always taught to not depend on the government but I still fell down the rabbit hole. Now I have to start over without them no thank you mha
