The instructors themselves are great. However, communication with this place is a nightmare. The ONLY form of communication they will use is voice via phone (which is incredibly ableist) and the person who answers the phone just says nothing very pleasantly. We paid extra for the valet driving service because we need them to come pick our son up. When they didnt show up we got a message saying we were being charged for a no show and there is no clear way to talk to anyone about this!! Im so very frustrated and disappointed with Cowboy Driving Academy and absolutely would not use them if I had it to do over again.
The first time reviewing this place I said that the driving instructor I had was very patient and taught a lot of being safe which is still true. I had no trouble with the people but with the scheduling of my class being changed from a Sunday to a Monday. You get charged for canceling a driving lesson when canceling it too close to the date you set it up, specifically 48 hours. Now I understand sometimes schedules need to change but you need to notify the person that thats happening. Only reason its 2 stars is because of the instructor
