Being told your twin 2 year olds are the reason that you keep losing teachers is absurd. I do not like how the kids are expected to be cookie cutter and stare at play doh for hours. My littles are freshly 2 and the school director/owner expects them to be just like every other kid not paying attention to children’s independent needs and development. But being told your 2 year old climbing is a problem to the point your school has a high turnover rate is ridiculous and a lie. There’s a serious issue with this school. I have lost employment because they nit pick and will move your child into an older class where they are not ready to be moved then you’re complained to because a new 2 year old can’t keep up with 3 year olds. They do not have the resources nor the expertise to handle 2 year olds and will suggest therapy because they are doing what 2 year olds do for gross motor development. Do not take your kids here unless you want a cookie cutter environment where if your child is a little different they will complain and blame you for their organization problems. It’s disturbing and disgusting what they do here and it is not in best interest of the children. The school randomly closes non holidays and does not care about the average working parent. If your child has any special need RUN they will isolate them and talk about you as if you are the problem instead of them acknowledging that they don’t have the proper skills nor resources to properly care for your kids. It’s all a cash cow system and kids can’t be kids developing through milestones. My pediatrician laughed when I told them the schools complaints are not even age appropriate matters. They only do certain kids injury reports my girls have come home with scratches on areas including their backs and no reports I thought they were being rough at play but then it escalated on their backs now that’s something else and when complained to the school they know nothing. They play like they have empathy but I’ve heard them talk smack about other parents issues and each other with no regard to who is around. They lack morals and professionalism and I was giving them plenty chances but enough is enough my girls will never go back.
I would not recommend this establishment at all! The level of unprofessionalism given by the owner(Maria) and her assistant (pam), is beyond what one could imagine! The vision is wonderful, the look is great, but it is what’s behind the closed doors that concern parents! My 4 year old was only enrolled for less than 3 weeks and within those 3 weeks she came home with a huge bloody hole in her lip; no injury report, and loss items!! When they saw I was the type of parent that asked questions they began to say my daughter was not a good fit and needed help because she couldn’t sit still during circle time! (insulted) I should have removed her right then, especially after other parents voiced there negative comments about inconsistency, negligence and non-communication problems; but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and see for myself! There were several different staff members employed one day, then gone the next, and for me, I would like my children to have consistency! Paperwork all over the floor and on the desk, and when parents asked the owner Maria to provide documents she could not find them! Several times I heard her Gossiping about other Parents and there personal issues, including her staff with no regard for who was around! I would have thought the older assistant Pam would have more wisdom and kindness but she was just as rude and nasty as the owner! Please take my word, this establishment is beautiful on the outside but full of hatred and darkness on the inside!
