I came in for a trim I called ahead of time to make an appointment on the phone call they said it would be 22 for a haircut with long hair. I go in I really enjoyed the girl who cut my hair she was super sweet but there was little to no supervision the instructors were busy gossiping at the front. Then I got charged 29 I asked for the break down they said it was 13 for the haircut and 7 for a shampoo still didn’t add up. She then goes we charged you for long hair.
Sounds like she just made up the prices. Also keep in my mind my hair goes just under my shoulders so medium at best definitely not long. Their website says a haircut is 10-15 making the 22 I was originally quoted make sense depending on hair length.
I love coming here! I’ve gone here 3 different times for an all over colour, loved my results each time, and each student working on my hair was super professional and fun! Today’s appointment with Baleigh was phenomenal. I wanted to find that perfect balance of not too light/not too dark while also maintaining rich colour and she helped me find exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much to her and all the teacher, you guys rock! I can’t wait to come back.
