I don’t know if this is how this location does business with everyone, or if this is just how they have chosen to do business with me, but I called them five different times to schedule a tour of their facility in order to get childcare for my child. The first two times, someone took my name and number down and said they would call me back within 30 minutes to an hour and I never got a call back. The third time I was told they had spots open in my child’s age group, but I had to fill out an inquiry form on their website and someone would call me back. I filled out the inquiry form, but never got a call back. The fourth time I called, I was told their system was down and someone would call me back within 30 minutes to schedule a tour. A few hours passed and no one called back. When I called again, I was told “well it’s Monday, so you can imagine how busy it is. Why are you looking to come in?” I told the person I’m looking for childcare for my child. She then said, “well I have here that you want to take a tour,” to which I told her yes. She then put me on a brief hold and when she returned to the phone she said there’s a 12-18 month waiting list in my child’s age group and that I could put my child on the waitlist and then I would be able to schedule a tour. I’m not sure if this is standard practice, but at that point it felt like they just didn’t want to schedule a tour for my family. I hope whoever gets the opportunity to tour this facility has a better experience than we had.

My husband and I decided to enroll our little in a daycare facility to ensure he grows and hits his milestones in a social dynamic. After extensive research and tours, we automatically knew once we entered the doors of this Goddard, it was the perfect place for our little guy. He has grown so much since enrolling. I couldn’t be more confident in our decision. The administrative team are very warm and welcoming, will always greet you whether morning or afternoon. The teachers are amazing and very knowledge of the curriculum and always give the best personal experiences and advice. They have always reassured me when I had any concerns etc. Their positive attitudes and auras are felt and I’m constantly reassured by this, by how my little man lights up when I drop him off in the morning and always smiles when he sees his teachers and classmates. Choosing this Goddard couldn’t have been a better choice for my baby. Thank you so much to the entire staff team.
