Do not waste your time sending your child to this farce of a college.They staff are incompetent and dont know their head ftom theif backside!!!! This has been the longest 2 years for my daughter and I can not wait for her to graduate. Just because you are a community college doesnt mean you have to be ratchet to the students..The student accounting department is THE WORSE!!! They can never give you a definitive answer about anything and thats when and if they decide to any the phone.A friend of mine stood in the hallway and called student accounting and they never answered the phone even ghough there was no students at the window. They were just sitting there..Im so done with these lying, unprofessional, ghetto, ratchet people. No one rarely answers their phone or return emails and when they do they act like you bothering them. Go to a REAL COLLEGE and save yourself a big headache
I attended one class at BCCC because AACC did not offer a class that I needed. Everything about BCCC was unorganized and unprofessional. I recently requested that a transcript be sent to another school. First of all it took 3 months for the school to receive the transcript and the transcript was incorrect. It has me failing the class when I received a passing grade and it also showed that I withdrew from 2 classes that I never ever signed up for or attended at the school. My GPA was affected in a negative way which ruined my opportunity to attend the 4 year school that I wanted. I can not get in contact with anyone to have this corrected. I have called several numbers that I have for the school, sent emails and left voice messages .
