I am so happy with Nido Essendon. All of the educators are welcoming, caring, thoughtful and attentive. My son has been going here for over a year and is so comfortable and looked after. The day care has lots of educational activities and there is always new cool things the children are playing with or learning about. Great personalised daily updates throughout the day on the app.
Nido Essendon has been wonderful for my child, he has developed strong bonds with his educators and looks forward to attending every day.
The staff are always approachable and responsive to any questions or concerns, making us feel like valued members of the childcare community.
Exceptional care, nurturing environment, and dedicated staff make my Daughter’s Day-care truly outstanding. From the moment I enrolled my daughter, we’ve been impressed by the level of attention and love she receives.
The facilities are clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for learning and play. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels valued and supported. My daughter comes home happy, engaged, and eager to share her day’s adventures. We couldn’t ask for a better place for her to grow and thrive. I never complained about anything on google before but this place I have to !! Very dirty nothing organized i went for orientation no one explained anything to me just leave me and my daughter 2 years old mix up with 5 years old I seen all bad things the toy everywhere the toilet so dirty I saw the kids play by themselves in the room no one looking after them leave the door open Shocking me !! and I can’t believe this is called childcare!! The worst thing I experienced the woman who is the receptionist there not taking with me nicely not respect me at all !! Hope you improve !!
I took my children out of this centre a few months ago and it was the best thing I did. My son was hysterical every morning at drop off and it was a challenge being able to leave. At pick up, he’d have a breakdown in the car which would last all night. It appeared his room didn’t conduct any learning activities, the kids weren’t nurtured, the room was always a mess by 9am, and he was left to his own devices all day. The final straw were these allegations, of the worst kind, and how it was handled after they came to light. As a parent, I felt incredibly concerned about the safety of my kids. I no longer felt my kids were safe here. Just read the other reviews.
My kids are at a new centre, my son enjoys going, he comes home happy, I receive updates on his learning objectives weekly, and his behaviour has totally changed. I have my happy kid again.
