TL;DR great infant class teachers, NOT great for toddlers with special needs or developmental delays.

I was initially very happy with the care my child was receiving as a 1 year old with Katelin and Katie. They treated my daughter wonderfully. As soon as she got moved up to the next class (with Lisa) we noticed a major regression and eventually had to remove her from the daycare center. The staff is not trained to handle children with special needs. There were multiple occasions that I came in to pick up my daughter and there would be a child on “time out” on a chair behind the front desk person. Later found out they did that with my daughter who could not have even comprehended why she was being pulled from her class and singled out for behaviors which they kept deeming “age appropriate.”

My daughter has needed lots of speech and occupational therapy to try to catch up this past year. I wish that they would have been up front about not being equipped to recognize abnormal behaviors or foster a healthy environment for toddlers that may be delayed.

Also, some of the 5 star reviews are from staff including McKayla and Sheila who is the director which is honestly a conflict of interest.

I have older children that attended this center 5+ years ago and had a great experience. However recently, when enrolling my youngest (3yo) my experience was not great. When I dropped off my toddler, the teachers were often in bad moods and appeared overwhelmed. I wanted to provide photos of my child’s family to have on the wall to make her feel more comfortable. I emailed them in November-December, and after asking multiple staff why they were never posted by mid January I was told the director was very forgetful. The last straw was when my child had a dental appointment at 10am and I was told she was not able to attend since she wouldn’t be dropped off until 11:15am. After asking other parents, I found that every parent was not being upheld to this standard. It’s clear this center gives privilege to those they favor but if you’re not one of the chosen, you may be met with unfair standards and discrimination.
