First of all very rude customer service. Rude staff: No respect for people and their time. Calls are unanswered and even if you have an appointment they rush in people at a first come first serve basis. Then they tell you minimum of 12 occupancy. Once you get to take the knowledge test by luck, the instructor would find a reason to delay/dismiss the test and kick you out. I witnessed 2 people that were told to leave and the staff stated” You ruined my test, go out” The staff was eating in front of the people taking the test and the room looks compact as you don’t have enough space to take test. So what knowledge test has a question” If Sarah has to drive back to school overnight, (a)would she eat a big meal and take a nap or (b)change her plans and leave in the morning” SMH. .I strongly suggest that you avoid this place as they are biased, because one of the staff already states “lets see if they pass”. I hope that in future, they welcome diversity(people of color) with warmth!

I took the driving test at this place and had the 30 minute warm up before the test. It helped a lot because practicing from home, I thought I already knew what to do from the teachings of my friends and family although it is much more complex and really have to follow the rules strictly to pass. The instructor was really nice and gave me constructive criticism during the warm up which has helped me a lot for the actual test. Very nice and would recommend this place for your driving testing and practices.

I came here with zero driving experience and was scared to even start a car. The instructor was really patient with me and taught me all the basics and gave me great advice. I took 5 five lessons with him; at the start, I could barely drive more than 5mph and would get extremely nervous and by the end of my final lesson, I was able to drive on highways and become more confident and even pass my driving test the next day! Would 100% recommend to all my friends and family in the future!
