It saddens me to have to leave this review because it is such a nice a play center. It is only getting 2 stars because it is a nice place and my daughter enjoyed her time there. However this is the second time we have had to leave due to rude staff. I let the first time go but not this time. The first time I had my younger sister with me who is only 10 years old and homeschooled. She was with me and my 4 year old daughter. As soon as we walked through the door the lady was very concerned as to why she was there. She said she couldn’t play with anything, which I can understand she is too old to get on any of the climbing things. So I just agreed and figured that was what they were referring too. My daughter wanted to build with blocks so we all sat down on the floor and were helping her build a tower. So innocent. Well a few minutes later a lady walked up to me with a coloring sheet and said she could not help. I asked why it was okay that I was helping build the tower and why she couldn’t? And she said she could not so walked out. My younger sister was in tears. The second time I had brought my daughter along with my 5 year old son to come play. (Keep in Mind he is autistic so gets upset) when we walked in the lady recognized us but not him because he is enrolled in school. He had an apt so I was able to check him out after the apt we still had time to play. I explained this after she said enrolled students weren’t allowed. She still made us leave. This is a ridiculous rule. Again my kids were so upset and could not understand why we had to leave. We will not be back due to the rude staff. It is sad, because my daughter truly enjoyed it.
We’ve been here a couple of times and its a free place to bring young children during those hot summer days! Really grateful to the sponsers for the money they put into this fun place for youngsters!
