As a former Abington Avenue student, this school was great. It might not be the newest of schools and we might of not had the best of supplies but the value of education and learning we had there help most of use to graduate and go to the best high schools in Newark. Our teachers help us out. They might be strict and look sometimes unfriendly but they all treated us like their own family. I would rather be here than any other new school in Newark or Essex County because this is the place where we come to learn.
W.O.W what a great school i love all my teachers but the building can use a new paint job and of corse this school is just awesome and i would know because i had been here since pre k and it was fun but watch your back there’s a butt load of bullies so watch out its a bumpy ride

My daughter will attend this school to the 7th grade. I hope it is as good as it claims. I would like to say that when I went to register my daughter the staff were very nice and very pleasant. Big thumbs up to Mrs. Mimi, Mrs. Michelle and Mrs. Rocco the nurse they were so pleasant and made me feel very welcome..
