This was BY FAR the most seamless experience I could have ever asked or hoped for. TONI was the absolute BEST instructor. She was patient and her pacing was spot on. She answered all questions thoroughly, gave us study strategies and tips for memorizing key terms and ushered us right through all 20+ chapters! Im a teacher. So, I know a great teacher when I meet one!
After taking the 3 week course, I took the practice exam. I scheduled the state exam a week after completing the course and PASSED!!!! Toni is the best!!! I would not have passed without her.

I had the pleasure of taking a real estate course with Ms. Cynthia Jordan, and I must say that her teaching style is truly awesome. Her knowledge and expertise in the field are remarkable, and she delivers the material in a way that is both engaging and informative. Not only is highly knowledgeable, but she is also incredibly friendly and approachable, making the learning experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Ms. Cynthia Jordan to anyone looking to learn about real estate.
Just finished my 3 weeks of ABS School of Real Estate courses via online. My instructor was Mrs. Cynthia Jordan. It was a pleasure to have her as my instructor. Very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to relay real life examples throughout our instruction which helped me grasp concepts and relate to the topic. She would clearly go over each chapter and answer any of our questions. Highly recommend ABS and Mrs. Jordan.
