I normally do not leave reviews.. but this online real estate course is HORRIBLE. I have officially been scammed and I wouldn’t have thought it would’ve been through an ONLINE REAL ESTATE COURSE. They do not explain ANYTHING, AT ALL. I literally paid a few hundred dollars just to “choose the right or wrong answer”. ZERO EXPLANATIONS.. this school only show you ONE sentence to read from. There are ZERO PHOTOS/VIDEOS for visual learners. If I knew what I knew now about what to look for in real estate courses, I wouldn’t have done this course. ZERO AND HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I switched to another course, and I am so grateful I didn’t give up on being a real estate agent due to this academy that didn’t explain anything. They also had a nerve to place a HUGE PROCTORED PRE TEST AND TEST at the END OF THE COURSE in order to register for the state and national version. You would have to be an agent to know most of those questions. The vocabulary given in the course, didn’t match what you had to know for THEIR TEST AT THE END, at all. Those 5 STAR REVIEWS must have been in person session or simply lies!

I highly recommend AREEC to anyone pursuing their real estate license. Tom & Dean both are highly experienced in both practicing real estate and teaching. While it takes many hours of hard work, dedication and determination to become a licensee, Tom & Dean create an environment for the students of AREEC which transcends the typical classroom setting. It is an enjoyable, interactive experience for those that apply themselves and are hungry to succeed in a career as a Realtor.
Tom, is a great teacher with years of experience. He was very knowledgeable and understood the material he was teaching. The real world application via examples/ stories of the material we were learning really helped me remember the material. I highly recommend taking this class from AREEC!
