As an Educational Psychologist and expert in Intelligence & Creativity, Jeff and Laura have created the optimum educational experience to nurture these gifts out of any self-motivated student. Professionally, I’m highly impressed. As a mother of two children, the only place I felt safe entrusting my children to be equipped to face the harsh realities of this world, was Acton Academy. As an inspired professor, I left my faculty position to launch an Acton Academy campus in Salado. This is how passionate I am professionally and personally about Acton Academy. And, my experience as a fellow owner has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire Acton Academy Community is stellar.
Full disclosure: I am the owner of an Acton school in El Salvador! I am incredibly grateful that we found Acton for our family, our community and our country of El Salvador. We are now in our third year of having an Acton school and have never looked back. Our own children and their school mates are empowered, happy, kind young people who have agency over their own lives, know themselves, and have the mindset and soft skills to turn their ideas into reality. I love going to work every day and making a difference in the world. Thank you Acton for disrupting education and supporting us on our journey to do the same!
