I know someone who came to this school as a NQT and hated every second. I would give this school zero stars. Leadership is absolutely poor, offer no support to NQT’s. Leadership bully staff and make you feel intimidated no wonder staff leave this school on such a regular basis staff retention is very bad. Avoid this school at all cost do not waste your time probably the worse school in Birmingham to work at. There should be an investigation into this school and Birmingham city council need to take this seriously because they way they treat their staff is atrocious.
When it’s a costume day the children’s with out the costume are left out . And the teachers with out the costume they take pictures.
