My eldest daughter has just started her second year at this school, she is 7 years old and has finished year 2 with excellent results. The school has great parent teacher communication, which has aided me in the facilitation of my daughters homework. My youngest daughter has just started her first year in reception and she is loving it. Excellent after school facilities until 6pm and free breakfast club starting at 8am. Mrs Heggie, the new head teacher and her staff have made vast improvements to this school over the last year. I highly recommend it.
No outside play field or large enough playground. Building is hidden behind council houses.school was merged with miles hill primary some years ago.teachers there are in their own clique and look down on non professionals.no parking around just outsides peoples houses on narrow street.layout of building is wrong as you can walk straight in to nab a kid as no adult supervision at main doors as the “front office” is actually 2 corridors away.potentially dangerous.
My grand daughter has attended this school for three years and has been very happy. It is a well run very supportive school. There are problems around parking so its best to walk if you can
My sister has been at this school since first start and all me and my mum been doing is going up there for bullying there policy is disgusting dont do anything about it
Some good teachers uvkobe English also I love shared righting in maths
