My fiance works here and does amazing work on the buses. All-star has a great diesel mechanic area and I will say my fiance is one of their hardest workers and Their company should be very lucky and proud to have him and he defiantly deserves better pay I can say that for the work he does and how hard he does it. I also drove for all-star in Newtown and they are a good company to work for as well. They get you super prepared to take a CDL test because i was very nervous for mine and they made sure i felt ready and i passed with flying colors, but the reason I am no longer there is not right on that level but that was the owners issue but I would love to come back as I was a favorite of all the parents and students for my reliability and patience when waiting at a stop and patience with the children. I do love Newtown all-star, the office staff is fab. Joan is the best!! and as for New Milford i don’t now much except they are excellent with the buses as mechanics!!
Unfortunately very disrespectful people work there, NOT all drivers and Im sure parents know who but the place is a joke, no communication, drivers making U turns on RT 7
.. I was in the bus training, a lot more I can say. Thank the Lord the safety supervisor, a bully with minions felt I just cant handle it
too old, too confused, belittled me every chance she had .. I have a history of driving a bus when my kids were small, 17 years of driving experience before Nursing
.,now semi retired! Yes, it has got a lot more complicated , passed written on first try. Unusual
Got fired! Moved to different company, have my CDL since MARCH and so happy NOT to work with major miserable people at New Milford. Im not perfect, I am a happy person
. but Im not too old Anita. Im 66!!!! Take a look at ALL the lawsuits, Allstar is not going to last much longer. Pay is lowest around. About time I posted. Now the Mayor and BOE.
