We have been sending our children to Almost Home for over 6 years since they were both infants. Our kids absolutely love it here and have very strong bonds with the staff at Almost Home. Our Daughter who is now in grade school requests to come back during school breaks and for some of the summer break because she likes it so much. The center provides a ton of different activities for the kids and we feel that our children have benefited from their time here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to any family looking for childcare. I read through some of the other reviews and am familiar with some of the people in the negative reviews and I can tell you that some of the details of their reviews are inaccurate and very exaggerated which is why I felt I needed to post a review and share my experience.
We have had our daughter here for over 3 years. Our previous daycare wasnt well managed, didnt solve issues, and eventually shut down. Almost Home was a great change for us. Although, it wasnt always perfect, the staff were quick to remedy situations early on, and the owner has always been very receptive. The staff is always warm and friendly,. Ive dropped off and picked up my daughter at various times of the day, and everything seems to be decently planned and the staff engaged. The center has lots of activities and learning opportunities including bringing the fire department in, animal educators, karate, and soccer lessons. Also the coordinated events are great with Halloween, the winter concert and even preschool graduation to showcase what the children have learned and to have fun.
Almost home child care center is a great place to enroll your children in. My daughter and I were treated with much love and respect. I absolutely love the staff they are genuinely great with kids, also very professional in the sense on being on top of things and writing out my daughters schedule of diaper changes and feed times and naps. They have well coridnation, trustworthy and kind. My daughter felt safe and didn’t even cry when I left because it felt like a true second nature to her. I would recommend any parent to enroll their children here. My daughter learned new things everyday and they always did activities with the kids like cute artwork of which I would miss very much!
