My son fell into an open hole in the ground in the play area, resulting in a severe injury that required stitches.
Despite the seriousness of the incident, my emails to the school went unanswered. It was only after I sent multiple complaints that the principal finally responded, and even then, the reply was shockingly dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue or offering an apology, the principal suggested that if I didn’t like the school, I should take my son elsewhere.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I urge other parents to consider the safety and wellbeing of their children before enrolling them at Al Noori Muslim school.
Simply she should not be in this crucial role of providing information that she has no patience in sharing with. If someone doesn’t know something is OK, but blaming enthusiastic partents for their lack of knowledge and hanging up on them when her name is asked is a clear sign of stupidity and unprofessionalism.
I was under the impression that the staff would be quite welcoming and helpful. It’s not an offence to make enquiries about the GATE test that we as parents and the teachers of kids have no knowledge about, specially the legitimate sites to access it to practise, as they all charge. We’re happy to pay, but they look all different and may not be authentic. Kids have right to know the format of it. We don’t wish to be spammed online.
If she doesn’t have the relevant information, she should transfer the call to the right person. I could wait when I spent a few hours to find someone. She should know that it takes decades to acheive the name and fame, but doesn’t take long to lose it. Some unfriendly and arrogant staff like her are enough to spoil an organisation in a short period of time. This pathetic experience was never expected of Al Noori. We were thinking about sending our kid(s) to your school despite making themselves to the Selective.
