My son attends the school currently and the Principal, Mrs. Faerber, has been awesome. The teachers are equally great. They have formed a family-forward atmosphere where parents are encouraged to volunteer, give ideas, and participate in their child(ren)’s education. The teachers are willing to meet with me and let me know what my child is working on and how I can help him from home. They work really hard to include parents and provide opportunities to make growing-up fun and memorable, such as the Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Game Night, Muffins with Mom, and Donuts with Dad. The Fall Festival is guaranteed to make your child smile, there is so much fun stuff! Class sizes are small. Oh! And they have an “outside class/nature class” where the kids learn outside using props from nature and are encouraged to explore the world around them. My son is reading and writing stories in Kindergarten, he has learned to add, subtract, and is toying with multiples by doubling numbers and so on. I say this, not to brag about my son (although he is a blessing) but to let you know that this is more than just the normal Kindergarten experience, they are willing to go as far as you and your child will let them, teaching further than just the standards. This is one of the best kept secrets of Chattanooga/Red Bank area! (By the way, my son is currently writing a story- on a “sick day” home from school – because HE wanted to. I did not ask him to do this. Ms. Henry, his teacher, has helped him to love learning and this is the proof. As I type this, he is making another “book”.) Ahh! I LOVE this school!

Absolutely fantastic. It’s a small school and so inviting. Would not dream of sending my children any where else
