{LONG REVIEW}

•I went here in 7th grade and I am currently a rising 8th grader, and I feel that while most of the staff are pretty nice and help the students, one of my teachers (Mrs. Ollinger in 7th grade) would sometimes refuse to help or provide sufficient information to students just because we were being “disruptive” or simply because she was in a bad mood (that can go for a few other teachers as well).

•There are also a few problems that go unnoticed a lot, such as bullying and people getting made fun of for mental illnesses like depression, anxiety, and autism (though it happens very little). I’ve also witnessed people “joking around” about height and/or weight.

•There’s also another thing: they make students be silent in the half of the main hallway closest to the front office, and their reasoning is “The lady at the front desk needs to have silence when she’s on the phone” yet half the time there isn’t anyone there and they still make us be silent?? Can’t we at least whisper?????

•But overall the environment is somewhat friendly and most staff are kind to students. I would recommend Crews rather than Five Forks, from my personal experience.

The school is ok but one teacher really bothers me, mr morrow, he is mean and a tyrant… he treats us minorities really badly while praising the white students for being so good… I agree that mr morrow is incapable of teaching students at a middle school his angry tyrannical personality would go best at a high school… that’s all I have to say…
