Like some other reviews, I believe the DJ Lunch Blast’s have corrupt song and some that should not be played. The ASB said that we can recommend some school appropriate music, and many have putt quite a few recommendations, but they still refuse to play it. They can’t play any other language songs such as K-Pop or J-Pop, but they can play Anaconda? They also played Gangnam Style millions of times, but won’t play any other foreign song. Thats terrible.
Another problem is that some girls could wear terribly high shorts or pull up their P.E. shorts so high you can sometimes see their underpants. This problem also goes with skirts, and honestly I don’t think that is appropriate.
Next, some kids are actually doing things illegal and almost no one notices. Kids could be talking about smoking weed or drinking alcohol while being under age in class, and the teachers don’t even notice. And I’m pretty sure some kids have already lost their v-cards. Sexual harassment also takes part in the schools.
Fights are also a big problem. Some kids started punching each other almost breaking my mothers car windows. I mean seriously, did they have to go in the middle of the street and find a car that had a person in it and start punching?
I mean most schools have these problems, and half of the school is actually quite wonderful besides all these problems. My experience here was pretty fun since me and my friends never went near the drama, but overall I would say it’s an okay school. Honestly I would recommend Ybarra Academy since they have many clubs to join, and it doesn’t take place in the ‘ghetto’ parts of Rowland. Every ones surrounded by people they’ve known for years, and kids that look up to the older ones. But anyways, it is okay to send your child here, sadly they took out the honors program which upset lots of people, but you’ll make many memories here.
