Let me start out that I understand that this is a beauty college and the students have to learn. BUT, my experience and my friends was an absolute nightmare. We got there at about 10:15 am and did not leave until about 3:45 pm. We both had a color and foil. I feel the instructors should have monitored more than just set at the table. Not knocking the student at all because they are students. As an Instructor you should offer your students more guidance on how they are doing hair. I mean come on now. End result, still have dye in my hair and did not have the options to get cut and style due to the fact that it took all day for the color and foil. The out come is horrible. Then we go to pay and the instructors were not understanding at all. Told to contact owner. The student that did my friends hair asked for help and was declined help from the instructor. Then after the color was wrong. They mixed more color and just put all over her hair, which is so wrong. Being an instructor, you should know better. I would never recommend this place. Like I said an absolute nightmare. 0 stars!!!! I had to add star because it would not let me post unless I did.
My appointment was at 9am. I didnt walk out until 2pm. It took 5 hours just to foil, tone, and wash my hair. I walked out with wet hair because I told the stylist that I had to be done by 1pm. I just told her to not blow dry or style my hair because I was already an hour late for another appointment I had to be at. I ended up paying $83. Horrible experience, I would leave a zero star review if that was an option. I am normally very understanding but 5 hours just to apply color is insane. I would NEVER recommend going here.
I was on their website early this morning and sent an email requesting an appointment for a perm. Received an auto response letting me know my email was received and I would receive a call back “soon.” That was received at noon. Still no contact from them as of 3:30. Ended up making an appointment with Summit Beauty School in Kokomo. I live in Upland.
