Assalamualaykum,
Three of my kids go to this school. All of my kids started from pre kindergarten to now 5th grade MASHALLAH. This school is a blessing and a beautiful gift from ALLAH swt. I read the comments that sister just mentioned about rasicim against Pakistani and Bangladeshi kids, that’s not true. I am from Pakistan and never been treated or never felt that way.Let me tell all of you, most of the faculty in the school is non Arab, board members are from different communities such as Pakistan and Bangladesh.
I was really laughing at the comment from the sister that teachers make students to cook food and wash dishes (come on give me a break ????).
Our Beloved Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said, don’t spread the news unless you verify its authenticity. We have to be very careful about it, some students get angry on teachers or on their fellow students, and start commenting about the school online.
In my honest opinion this school is one of the best school in the area. Existence of any Islamic school is a blessing and this is our duty to promote the school, not bashing the school reputation online.
I am not a part of the school board but I can promise you all that the teachers, administrative staff, custodians, security guard, board members, they all work day and night so hard to give our kids the health environment they deserve. If there is any shortcoming from the school, as a Muslim ummah we should bring it to the people in charge.
Least but not the last, school has over 350 kids MASHALLAH, over 200 families are satisfied with the school, put their hope and trust and sent their kids to the school.
I pray ALLAH swt to protect this school from any Evil eye “Amen”. This school is a blessing and we need this blessing for our kids, grand kids and their kids INSHA ALLAH.
This school doesn’t even deserve a single star. I was a student in this school and I barely stayed a year. Let me start by saying that the environment is nothing Islamic. There are students who hide in places where there isn’t any cameras and do haram stuff. There are students in the school who are dating and the boys and the girls aren’t really separated and talk to each other the whole time. Second, they are RACIST! The Palestinian students and many teacher are racist to Pakistanis, Bengalis and mostly yemenis. The teachers sometimes during events make the students cook for them and even wash the dishes. They are very greedy for money, each student pays 6,000 without transportation. The school is very dirty and unorganized, the food they serve is disgusting and they are so cheap to the point of mixing hot sauce with water to save it. There is also many roaches in the school, the number of students in classrooms have exceeded the limit and teachers can’t teach. They’re education system is weak and the students don’t even get regents prep only two weeks before the actual tests. They hold many many unnecessary events just to gain money and lead the students to waste their time. There vending machines are filled with sodas and very unhealthy junk food. There are many things I could say about this school but I think this is enough to warn you. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL!!!!!!!!
There are many other islamic schools for half the price and better. Trust me please don’t go through what I went through.
I have been here for many years it is a very fine school the teachers are dedicated and are tough there are more field trips then any public school I know, they hold many events to raise money for the society and the programs they have. Teachers dedicate their time to after school and weekend programs for Quran and Islamic studies. The only problem I ever have is parking.
