My daughter has spent 5 years at Andasol so I think I can speak for it. I have seen Andasol fell behind a few years ago and come back the last 2 years. The new principle is really doing something for the school. new computers and code club program, field trips and talent shows…much much better than before. Also Andasol has some wonderful teachers, Mrs.Park has been 2 of my daughter’s teacher. She is the best!! My kids learned how to be organized and academic excellent from her. If you look at the school reports, you can see the performance of the grade she is teaching is always at advanced level and even better than other magnet schools.
Amazing Gem in the rough. Great teachers, has an SAS program which is competitve to all the other good school in the area. Great arts and music program. This is an up and coming school. This school year there will be a Chineese exchange teacher. It’s a small and cozy school. Ethnically diverse and competitve!
