The Angelo driving academy was so easy to get into for drivers ed for all three of my kids. It is defiantly worth paying for this rather than do online self taught because they do all of the class instruction and the drives to get them prepared before they get their learners permit and actually get in a car with you! I recently had my 16 year old take her driving test through them as well which I hadnt done in the past but it was so simple and much easier than taking it at the DPS. It was only $20 for that and all we did was called and made an appt and Mr. Pitman was very helpful through the whole process. I emailed him several times and he responded promptly and called me personally to explain the process. I highly recommend Angelo driving academy for teen drivers ed and for the driving test. Thank you for taking good care of my kids and making them safe drivers!
Mr Pittman apparently likes to call teenage girls MS. JUICY if they are “thick” making them and the rest of the class feel uncomfortable. The wife in the office is very unorganized with little to no social skills and extremely rude to the children. Instead of Mr Pittman making phone calls during the day, he likes to call after 9pm when we would be in bed. I will not be using this service for any of my other children. Had the business been respectful and professional I would not be leaving this review. My daughter had a horrible experience as well as other children that I have talked to. It amazes me that this is San Angelo’s only option other than parent taught.
