The facility did not close till 3:00 p.m.. they said when we walked in that as long as we walked in before 12:00 noon that we had a shot of walking in. The time was 11:32 a.m. and they still told us that we had to come back another day this was not great customer service and I don’t appreciate this facility at all. They seemed very discriminatory. And this was our first time walking into the building. This was the Greeley Colorado location.
I tested with Lisa in Rocky Ford. Lisa responded to my phone call asap 3/12/24. I got a appointment for a 3/15/24.Lisa sent me messages letting me know that she had earlier time available. Lisa was dressed nice and was very polite, respectful, and professional. I recommend her to anyone. I passed my test. I even went early and she was ready…
