We did not have a good experience. My daughter was not on-boarded correctly resulting in a bad first experience. Afterwards I went to the location and chatted with a coach and we came up with a specific plan for my child. I arrived at 8am with my child and the coach I had talked to had been subbed out with someone else. This resulted in a second bad experience. At this point I was concerned my child that had no anxiety about swimming, but is sometimes anxious about new adults would indeed develop swim anxiety. We were told we could keep the classes and try again later this year. My account now shows no classes. They must have cancelled them out. They happily kept the approx $200 despite my daughter never passing through the glass doors to the pool area. An actual manager never called me. I only talked to front desk folks that made it clear that the manager is just too busy and they couldnt do anything. I gave it two stars because I am certain if my child had been on-boarded correctly things would have been different.
My 11 year old daughter and 4 year old son both attended swim lessons at this facility and love it here. Dakota M and Katelyn K have been the most patient and caring instructors ever. My kids are always so excited to see these coaches and are very comfortable with them. Katelyn knows how to push my daughter to be her best while making it fun. My son was terrified of going under water and Dakota now has him jumping in and going under. Thank you ladies for all you do for my kiddos!
This place is absolutely amazing. The water is bath-water warm; The coaches are friendly and well trained; The curriculum is great for helping little ones build confidence in the water and the number one focus is on safety. The customer service is fantastic as well. Because my household has seasonally based income, we discontinued lessons for the winter. The staff was so kind and helpful throughout our cancellation. 100% guaranteed we will enroll again next year! ??
