I love this place! My son has been coming for a few months now and I am very pleased with his progress. I love the staff at this location, my son is always identified by name it’s like they really see us here which is surprising with how crowded it gets sometimes. I’ve had the pleasure to watch him with several different instructors and I am sure there is at least one that can cater to any child’s needs and personality. Our favorite is Zack but they are all pretty great! Down to the amazing ladies Drea and Kelly at the front counter that are always on point whenever we have questions or need help. Swimming is a skill that can benefit these children for a lifetime
and the staff at this location make watching my son learn it a pleasure.
I would be willing to give a five star review every week after we visit Aqua-Tots Berkeley if Google Maps allows.
Carissa and Drea have been the most helpful and supportive staff to my family since we started last year in November. They have been not only super responsive to parents, they are also super nice to kids. They do actually pay attention to kids who are in the pool and provide progress advice to parents.
A big shout out to coach Isabella, coach Katrina, and coach Sarah! They are patient and listen to the kids in the pool when they have needs. I feel very comfortable leaving my toddler in the pool with them.
I look forward to seeing my toddler have more fun and progress at Aqua-Tots Berkley.
The staff are pleasant and very flexible. They have done an excellent job training my son to swim. After he completed all eight levels of training, they offered continued education with their swimming club. In this club he is able to compete and build endurance as a swimmer. They provide report cards to show progress after each lesson, incentives to promote growth, and a clean sanitary facility. I love it here and have recommended this school, specifically, to other parents whose children now attend classes at this establishment. If your on the fence about sending your child, just do it. It’s totally worth the money and they will love it!
