1) You said day1 after the payment (over the phone/online) was complete that you don’t hold any semi private lessons and it was hard to understand who made the sale to us?(Please open your brochure in case you haven’t read the complete sessions that were offered) You guys have blatantly lied on our face that Cedar park center has never hosted semi private lessons. Within a few minutes someone takes over and uses the trump card of short staffing and offered me to go to round rock center if we were still interested in semi private lessons. Pretty convenient right.
2) My kid made it to level 4 in the last session and you cancelled her next session due to short staffing and your staff is making up a reason that i have not informed about her moving to level 4 so you could not arrange a session for her in her scheduled time. What’s the the point in moving her to level 4 when you are short of staff and on top of that you suggest her to continue in level 3 to make extra bucks. How can i not refer to you as a SCAM.
Why will the parent or the student have to make an effort to inform you about them moving to the next level, in this case are you open to take suggestions on how to run your center? what’s the point in use Tablets in the pool and marking skills as complete when you cant update yourself on updating the learners profile on moving skills or additional skills/time/effort required?
3) Me trying to have a conversation with your front desk to find the reason for the cancellation without prior notice strikes as being RUDE and you call that on me? I believe its your responsibility to answer our questions, all this time you have been stubborn on your worthless point and keep going back on your stands with all the misinformation (NOT miscommunication).
(Beware of the scams happening here! Highly recommend not to enroll your kids here. We were promoted offer over the phone for a semi private lessons for both of our kids (an instructor for my 2 kids only) said it was a year end promotion and we signed up. Day 1 of the session we were told they do not hold any semi private session due to lack of staffing. This is only the beginning of their alternate truth. After a couple of sessions they cancelled the next 4 sessions just before the scheduled time again due to lack of staffing. Of course they provide make up classes. Irony is every time you try to avail the make up session they are short of staff. Now here is the kicker. Prior to availing your make up sessions we rolled up into the next month payment and they robbed the money. This week we tried to attend the session per schedule we were told that the session is cancelled and they apologize for not informing us prior to the schedule. Apart from this they cancelled the entire session due to staff shortage and started to push our schedule to weekdays close to our kids school time saying that the only available time.)
We have tried Nitro/Waterloo never faced a single issue other than us moving to this part of the city and made us choose a closer option. Totally regret on that decision. My 5 yr old complained that his instructor never started on time and he barely gets a chance. I was told 3-4 kids per instructor now i see at least 5-6 in his class (avg of 5 mins for the 30 mins he spends in water). I got an answer as short staffed (always). The class hardly lasts for 20 mins. I always keep a track on time from the minute they drop into the pool. He was right. Never coming back!
Often classes end 5 mins early and dont start on time. They say one thing on call but say another when in-person. Even though she was ready for evaluations, it took 5+ sessions to finally find a teacher who could evaluate her. Nobody cares.
Some of the instructors are good and the makeup policy is pretty good. I hope they bring up the overall quality as well.
