I would give zero stars if I could. This place TRAUMATIZED my child when it came to swimming. We took him here last summer and have been working diligently with another swim instructor not associated with this company and it’s been night and day (really the only reason why im reviewing now). My son was terrified of the water to begin with, instead of focusing on general water adaption like any 4 year old probably would he was holding on to the instructor for dear life crying and as a “punishment” the instructor literally fully submerged my child without even giving him a breath for more than 3 seconds. We never went back after that. Yall seriously need to hire better employees that are equipped with better patience with scared children. You guys should be ashamed to even call yourself a safe place for children.
Hello I came in , Apr 25, 2024 I was just amazed how professional the employee Bethany was and very knowledgeable and helpful she gave me so much information about the Aqua-Tots Swim School Cypress and there Special Needs Aquatic Program (S.N.A.P.). Because I cannot swim I just know little bit and I wanted to find a swim school thats I can learn the basics level of swimming so that I can learn as well as if I ever fell in water, I will be able to know how to save myself and Bethany made me fell welcome as a individual who has special needs I was so grateful and blessed Im so excited to be able to take Special Needs Aquatic Program Private Lessons its gonna be very helpful for me and Im so excited. I just want to give a great review and acknowledge the wonderful employee who helped me Bethany.
We started our almost 3 year old for the first time in swim class and with a kiddo that is supper shy and nervous trying new things we were able to start in a kid and parent class. Within the 4th class we were able to see a difference in how comfortable our kid was with the teachers. Everyone was so nice and assuring with our child that she felt comfortable swimming with the instructors. Within 2 months she was able to move up to be in a kid and instructors class. The instructors and the staff are super helpful with explaining and patient with the students. The facility is also very clean and comfortable, water is a perfect temperature for children. Overall I would highly recommend for parents to start there kids young for a higher learning capacity in water.
