I can’t say enough great things about aqua-tots! We had tried to get my teenage special needs daughter in for lessons last year and struggled to get ahold of the right person. I decided to try one more time, and it turns out they are now under new ownership and the experience has been the complete opposite. Everyone has been responsive and amazing! They got her into a private class with Cory who is an incredible teacher. The owners and all the staff remember my daughter’s name, greet her, let her act like they are celebrities, and make sure she has a good experience every single week. It’s so hard to find things for my daughter to do outside of school that make her happy and where she feels welcome, and this is now the absolute highlight of every week.
I cannot recommend Aqua Tots in Gilbert enough! All of the coaches are amazing! We have Ms. Amelia and Ms. Juliana, but I would be comfortable with any of the coaches. They are throughly trained and my son is comfortable with both of them. My son is 8 years old and a late swimmer. His skills improved almost immediately. He is more confident in the water and even loves diving under. I have more peace of mind in his swimming skills! We plan on continuing lessons for a while, as he loves it! This swim school is clean, has numerous amenities, and fun activities while the kiddos wait for their lessons. Try them out! You will not regret it.
I was a Front Desk Staff at Aqua-Tots, I QUIT 4 months into the job because I wasn’t properly trained and was ignored when asking for help.
School needs to balance chemicals in the water right and be more understanding when it comes to good cleaning. The coaches are drama because they’re no older than 19 years. Manager David is so quick to avoid situations he feels are uncomfortable that nobody is held accountable for their duties. The children I worked for I LOVED, but the children I worked with are petty and rude.
Relationships BEFORE profits is a ‘motto’ they have & quite frankly a lot of B.S.
I wouldn’t recommend this school!
