We witnessed a toddler nearly drown due to the instructors lack of awareness and experience. He was literally 1 second or two from drowning. The poor mother started screaming and ran from the other side of the glass to the pool area and retrieved her son herself. It was very close to a tragedy and traumatic to say the least. After the session, the instructor tried to blame management for the incident, and made excuses. It was sickening to hear the words coming out of her mouth. We stopped going that very day. Your kids wont learn much of anything here, if they dont drown. Go to Fins. Much more professional and they have a better teaching system. This place in Humble is not a good place to go.
First and foremost, they offered a free trial to see if I even liked the place. Everything was clean, especially the changing area for the kids. I even saw a lady moping up the water when the kids left the changing rooms to make sure no one slipped. They offer basic necessities like lotion, detangling spray etc for the kids. The instructor was very nice and personable. My son had a blast. Last but not least, there is more than enough space for everyone to see their kids through the glass window. I definitely signed up for classes no problem after the trial class.
