The privately-owned nature of AquaTots, conveniently distancing itself from corporate responsibility, raises serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of the management. As a concerned parent and a contributing member of our community, I feel utterly deceived. It is disheartening to consider the possibility that my valid concerns have been overlooked, potentially influenced by factors beyond the merits of the issues I’ve raised.
I sincerely hope that discriminatory practices are not at play in the resolution process. The unfair treatment I’ve experienced, coupled with the lack of a satisfactory resolution, seriously calls into question AquaTots as a reliable institution for swimming lessons.
If you are considering AquaTots especially the Sandy springs location for your child’s swimming education, I strongly advise against it. The unfair treatment I’ve endured and the lack of integrity in their operations make AquaTots an unreliable choice for any parent seeking a trustworthy environment for their child’s swimming lessons. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reputable institution that prioritizes professionalism and accountability.
After 4 months of attending school we were signed up for a promotional free class in addition to our twice a week subscription, a week into it we canceled and used make up classes. Apparently this was not corrected in the aqua tots system and we were charged for three times a month rate in Feb. I noticed this error on the bank statement and reached out asking for a refund, still waiting for a call back 4 days later. Its a great swimming school, but they need to fix the app or be more diligent about recording cancellations. We are not even scheduled for 3 days a week in Feb, but we were charged anyway.
