Chris has taught my daughter to swim and is amazing! She’d never been in the water at all before and was really anxious and now she is so confident and happy to go in. He is especially good with those who are neurodiverse as my daughter is on the spectrum and not trusting of strangers but he really put her at ease, playing games with her while I watched from the window in the waiting room above. A great set up – highly recommend.
We had a bad experience with this swim school and specifically with Chris. During the second lesson our son was dunked under the water (we observed this from the viewing room), deliberately or not deliberately we are unsure. Nevertheless it scared our child so much they were too terrified to go again. We explained this to Chris and he agreed to refund for the remaining lessons. That was 3 months ago and we are still waiting for the refund, he does not respond to our messages.
It has taken us a lot of work to build the confidence back in our son around the pool. We don’t recommend going here.
Chris and Donna have turned my two children from water-fearing creatures afraid to get even a drop of water in their eyes, to total mermaid-esque water babies! So much more progress made here than anywhere else. It’s a joy to watch.
Chris and Donna have been amazing for our kids, such a friendly, fun, professional pair of teachers. The setup with the endless pools is great and parents can watch their kids learn from the gallery. They have taken our 3 from non-swimmers to being super confident in the water.
Chris has been amazing with my 4 year old. He’s made more progress in 4 weeks than he has in the last year elsewhere. His confidence has grown massively and Chris has great skill in keeping him focused while ensuring he’s still having fun. Thank you.
