I have studied in this school, and it is a very good school. But from what i was seeing at the school before i left in 2020 the school was going down hill. On top of this to prove my expectations were so, in April 2022 i saw approximately 50 students from year 11 being an incredible disgrace on the streets around the school.
(For those of you that remember the school as good: a lot of good teachers left because of poor quality of the school)
hope it helps.
Great school with very dedicated teaching staff and a fantastic Management team. My son gained a wonderful development in terms of studies n self confidence. The Head Teacher himself is an amazing person whose attitudes depict all the possitive things about the school. A very pleasent place with full of pleasent people.
Absolutely awful school. The staff are awful at safeguarding and do not adequately support children with mental health needs. Most of the kids are low life bullies and the teachers join in!
Both daughters went to this school and done really well. Son has just started; settled brilliantly and seems to be thriving already. Love this school.
Most teachers are kind and make me want to go to school and learn and they give motivation to wake up in the morning and get ready for school but if im being truthfully honest i don’t really enjoy school because of one particular man he picks on individuals and makes it seem like the others are the bullies when in actual fact we are the same people with the same emotions (anger, hate, sadness etc) he thinks he knows everything about everybody and he magically knows the whole situation.Other than that ARCHBISHOP ILSLEY CATHOLIC SCHOOL IS A FANTASTIC SCHOOL THAT MOST PEOPLE SHOULD COME TO!
