Apparently center 5 is good, archway center 7 not so much. Ms Brandy the director took our registration fee in Sept, stated there should be a spot relatively soon with their other location opening back up. We checked in, called, nothing for two months. Called and left message in November that we desperately need an update. No response . Its now nearly May and we have called, emailed. Brandy said shes looking into it as of a few weeks ago. Then radio silence again. We were also told our kids were on the waitlist for the other archway centers now we realize there was no truth to it as other neighborhood kids got in sooner. AVOID center 7. So unprofessional taking registration fees from families and being totally unresponsive. Weve had neighbors leave Archway Center 7.
My son has been attending Archway Academy since he was three years old and is currently in their after-school program. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel like you’re part of their family. My son has learned so much through their hands on approach and he was ready for kindergarten this year. Their curriculum is not only educational, but it’s fun and keeps children engaged. It is a safe place and I know my child is in excellent care when he is there. He talks about the teachers and administrators at home and is always excited to attend. If you’re looking for a safe place for your child to learn and have fun, Archway Academy is that place.
Ive been bringing my babies to Archway for over 3 years now. I absolutely love the daycare teachers here. I also appreciate the fact that everyone goes out of there way to make us feel like family. Attention to detail is important and at Archway they make you feel important, not like your just another person who needs to have there kids watched for a fee. Ive used other daycare facilities in the past but I will only be taking my children to Archway from now until daycare services are no longer needed for my family.
