In response to the person who writes; “Chung Moo Quan is an incorrect …..”
Perhaps that was true in the 1990’s, but it is certainly not true now. I’ve been a student since 2001 and never have I been asked to sign a contract. The classes and practices are designed to challenge the individual, and do not cause long-term health issues. The opposite is true. The practices are designed to improve health. The fee is reasonable and payable once per month. It can be cancelled at any time by simply not paying and not showing up for practice. The instructors emphasize respect to individuals and practice what they preach.

As this is written, I’ve been a student with this school for more than twelve years, some students longer. The instructors are patient with students of all levels of physical abilities. Adult students range in age from late teens to 60’s (that’s not a limit on the higher end) and come from all walks of life. Some examples; Medical doctor/author, judge, salesman of industrial products, business owner/manufacturer, college students, UPS driver, high-school teacher … What we have in common is the desire to improve our lives. The AH School of Martial Arts offers motivation, expertise and a place to practice. Improve your speed, concentration, balance, self defense and general health.

This is the best school of Martial Arts. Initially my elder daughter started , then my younger daughter and then Its Me( the most unfit person when i joined). First of all I started liking this place because of instructors are being so down to earth and humble , Latter i started liking this place because instructors pushing me ,guiding me , encouraging me .We don’t learn to compete here. Our competition is withing and with one self. i was suppose to transfer to another city with a better job opportunity, Because of the addiction to this training i decided to stay back and believe it or not, Everyday is new day, every week a refreshing week. We learn Mix Martial Art and each week starts with different art with something new to start with. I just love this place and a have a great respect for the students of the arena and the Instructor from core of heart.
