We love Art Play! The learning here is truly authentic, curiousity-based, child-centered, and extremely individualized. My husband and I always say that the teachers at Art Play are magical! They view the world from the eyes of their students and provide the most incredible opportunities: students get messy, explore nature, express themselves through process art, question their world through the awesome science curriculum, and learn what it means to be a friend in a joyful, judgement-free community. I asked my oldest son why he loved Art Play so much and he said, When it rained at Art Play, we didnt stay inside. We went on a hike instead, or splashed in the puddles. We sent our two oldest sons to this preschool and will send our youngest as soon as he is old enough!
My family and I love Art Play so, so much. My 3 year old cant wait for school days (a gentle transition of Tuesday/Thursday mornings), coming home with art, stories and ideas. The teachers have helped me become a better parent; theyre honest and easy to communicate with. I also feel like they genuinely care for and about my kids. If youre in the market for a pre-school, dont sleep on Art Play.
I absolutely love everything about this school! The staff is phenomenal. The curriculum is engaging, fun, creative and TRULY age appropriate. Sending my son to Art Play has hands down been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I look forward to sending my other children there down the road!!
