An extremely nice place to be, all around wonderful! The floors are swept and mopped everyday, the receptionist is always kind and tries to help everyone that she can. I agree as well that Ms. Radcliff is the ideal principal especially for this school. She matches the colors everyday as well as talking with almost every single person that walks down the hall, asking how their day is and always open to listen for anything anyone has to say. Of course as with other schools some kids can be rude and disrespectful, but then again they are a lot better here than in most High Schools. I also haven’t met a single teacher that I didn’t like at this school, they are all very nice and offer help and even some offer treats everynow and then when I go through the school. I am currently a Computer technician co-op for this school and I believe this is one of the best public schools from what I have seen so far.
This high school cares for the students AND their participation in academics AS WELL AS the students well being. Parents and guardians are kept informed and invited to the school at any time during the school day. The school physical features are tremendously conducive to good inner peace and emotional comfort: bright, airy, and clean ! The atmosphere is relaxed enough to bring about emotional peace for most. Most instructors are working hard for the student. I am so pleased my grand children are in this school district! Thank you Ashley Ridge!
Two of my grandsons have attended ARHS, and I’ve been impressed with what they have told me, as well as my interaction with Karen Radcliff and others there. In my experience, an organization performs to the meet the expectations of its leader. And, having observed the can-do, energetic, dedicated, intelligent, details oriented, and flexibile character of Ms. Radcliff it follows that her school is exceptional.. I believe that she is a very valuable credit to our school district, and one that deserves the highest level of support.
