I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the academic standards and overall management of [School Name], where my son studied in the second grade last year. It is disheartening to observe that despite the high fees we pay, the school has failed to provide a conducive learning environment for my child.

My primary concern lies with the lack of effective classroom management. Instead of addressing my son’s mischievous behavior within the classroom setting, he was consistently sent to the counselor’s room for one-on-one sessions. This approach not only disrupted his education but also failed to address the root cause of his behavior.

Furthermore, the school’s strict policies and methods of handling children seem counterproductive, while I understand the importance of discipline.

In comparison to other CBSE schools, the fees at [School Name] are significantly higher, yet the quality of education and services provided fall short of expectations. Teachers frequently leave the school mid-term, causing disruptions in the learning process. Additionally, the school expects parents to arrange printouts from home, despite the substantial fees we pay. Moreover, parents are required to purchase the entire uniform set, even if they only need specific items. This policy is inflexible and does not cater to the individual needs of students.

I am particularly disappointed with the primary section of the school, as I believe it lacks the necessary infrastructure and resources to provide a quality education.
