Had appointment for 9am testing, was told to be there 15 minutes early and center was closed. Waited til almost 9am and still center closed, doors locked, lights off. Called number, got through to director, said person was running late. After person arrived and opened the center, took another hour (10am) to get us all checked in and for us to start 9am tests. They said system was slow from updates during the weekend and it was always like this after a weekend, but why didn’t they arrive at 8am to get everything ready for 9am appointments? They were very unprepared and made testing even more stressful than it already is.
I take this opportunity to thank you for helping me get my two certificates for CNA and medication aid. Ms. Jean for being resourceful, and all the staff and the teacher for good work. I have passed my both tests. Thanks, Carly, for your help, I got the practice test for medication aid, this helped me a lot.
